Welcome to the regulations of the website https://www.agt-tech.co.il (hereinafter:" the website ") from AGT Design Ltd - experts in engineering solutions(hereinafter:" the studio " or" site management ").

The site offers users information about the studio's products and services, examples of projects carried out for other clients, as well as receiving personalized information or offers to engage with the studio.

The provisions of this regulation will apply to any use made by you of the website and to any contact made by you through the website with the studio. Therefore, you are requested to read these regulations in full and carefully. Browsing the website constitutes your agreement to accept and follow the regulations. If you do not agree to any of its terms, you are requested not to make any use of the site.

Wherever in these regulations the masculine is used, it is also meant to be feminine by implication. The chapter titles are provided for the user's convenience and orientation and will not be used in the interpretation of the regulations.

1. Definitions
    
   1. " Browsing the website " - use of any kind and any existing and future way including using a computer and/or using a cell phone and/or other devices. The very use of the website and its contents is subject to the conditions detailed in the website's regulations, and the very act of entering indicates that the user has carefully read the regulations and understood the direct and indirect meanings therein and expressed his agreement and confirmation of what is stated in these regulations.

   4. The site management reserves the right to offer you promotions, benefits and discounts within the site at its sole discretion. Also, the website management may stop these promotions, benefits and discounts at any time, replace them and/or change them without any prior notice.
    
   5. In any case, purchases of products and services will be in accordance with a written agreement that will be sent at the time of the contract and/or according to law. 5. Release from liability

What is stated in this section above, will apply, without detracting from the generality of the above, also, but not only, with reference to any damage and/or liability and/or expense, of any kind, direct and/or indirect, that will be caused to you and/or to any person and/ or another corporation as a direct and/or indirect result of any error, omission and/or defect in content and/or any failure to act, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation and/or transfer defect, computer virus, spyware, communication failure, theft and/or destruction and/or damage to the record, unauthorized access and/or use of the record, including, but not limited to, due to a ground based on the contract, tortious ground, negligence, defamation and/or any other ground, of any kind, according to any law and/or agreement.

   2. Any delay on the part of the site management in maintaining a right it is entitled to according to the above, or the failure of the site management to assert its right as stated, will not be considered a waiver of its rights.
